Our organic Cocoa powder is ethically sourced from a Peruvian cooperative. It is derived from a process which begins with the grinding of carefully selected cocoa beans into a paste, which in turn is pressed to leave a residue, or cake. This cake is finally milled to obtain the cocoa powder. With a fat content of 10-12%, it is a versatile ingredient which can be used for all of your chocolate based recipes. Add to all manner of desserts, cakes, home made chocolates and smoothies.

Our Virgin Coconut Oil is cold-pressed using a centrifugal process, which ensures the highest yield and retention of beneficial nutrients. Coconut Oil has a distinct medium chain fatty acid composition which, it is believed, helps stimulate the metabolic rate. It is also a readily available source of lauric acid, the main anti-viral and anti-bacterial source found in mother's milk.
