Sourced from across the globe

Our pea protein powder starts with organically grown yellow peas, Pisum sativum ssp. arvense, known as field or dry peas. These can be distinguished from the garden pea (Pisum sativum ssp. hortense) by their smooth surface. After harvesting, the peas are selected, cleaned and liquefied. The protein is extracted through a double separation process. The pure protein liquid is decanted and then clarified. It is then dried, sifted, inspected and packed for dispatch.
